Hope

  Hey guys,  I have been writing a poem that I would love to share with all of you. Since there has been a lot of hope for a cure of Covid 19, and hope has also been a part of our life ever since we were very little, this is a short poem on what I think hope is and some of my thoughts on it.      

     

 Hope Is Like the Sun 

Hope is like the sun, 

So common yet important. 

Sometimes it seems as If Its gone, 

But, it’s still there. 

It can descend. 

It sure can make, 

A person’s day, 

All sad and grey. 

But it rises too,  

It can inspire. 

Make someone happy, 

So, life they admire. 

No matter the situation, 

Hope can help, yes it can. 

It makes you go through consideration, 

That smiling— it’s time you began. 

Just remember, 

Hope is still there.
